A budget meeting notice appeared on the Association’s bulletin board (it’s the locked, glass-enclosed display at the corner of Roma and 123rd) about a meeting.  Here’s the text:

Meeting information is also on the AAM-provided web site at http://RioCrossing.org.  Be careful if you download the meeting notice ICS file though… it has the wrong time (says 8:30am to 12:30pm).
